Carpets & More at Maison & Objet in Paris – a strong debut!

This year's edition of Maison & Objet in Paris was special for us – it was our first time exhibiting at this prestigious trade fair as Carpets & More. And it was a truly strong debut!

It was there that the premiere of the collection of hand-woven wool rugs by Malwina Konopacka took place, as well as our own collection of Tencel rugs – Desert.

We also took a series of woolen carpets to the fair. “by Magda Fornal”, which invariably captivate with their Parisian chic.

The reception to our collections and the brand environment has been incredibly positive. Guests from around the world have repeatedly echoed the same sentiment: "Beautiful! Finally, something different! What excellent quality!"

"For me, the C&M stand design was an attempt to capture the spirit of Paris – a city where design meets fashion and art. I wanted the Polish brand, presenting a collection created in collaboration with Polish artists, to resonate strongly on the international stage, while also fitting into the Parisian context.

I combined white and red—colors that immediately evoke awnings, café chairs, and the Moulin Rouge. Fabric walls, two symmetrical portals, and tall, pleated columns adorned with flowers created a space that was elegant yet airy, dignified yet not monumental. The rhythm of the fabric evoked classic rustication, while floral details introduced a touch of Parisian romanticism.

In the center of the bright structure, I placed a contrasting, intensely red room – like a miniature art gallery, where carpets were displayed like bold works of art. Mirror and steel accents completed the whole." says Katarzyna Sawicka – author of the stand.
