Hand-woven 

Hand-woven carpets are created thanks to a complex production process. In small villages in India, especially in the Ganges River region of Uttar Pradesh, skilled local craftsmen create modern rugs using advanced braiding and ball-tying techniques. As a result, the carpets have a distinct structure that provides a unique tactile experience.

The carpet is incredibly soft, significantly improves room acoustics by reducing echo and noise, and helps purify the air by retaining chemicals. Its breathable structure helps keep the interior warm.

How to care for a wool rug?

Keep your carpet clean by regularly removing dust and dirt. Vacuum it gently in the direction of the pile and avoid using chemicals.

We recommend systematic maintenance by vacuuming and beating the carpet. Avoid getting it wet, especially when washing the floor.

Protect your carpet from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to avoid uneven fading. The colors of the carpet will gradually fade, but should do so evenly.

Keep an eye out for fringes and edges, which may be subject to wear but can be repaired if necessary.

If the carpet is on a slippery surface, we recommend using an anti-slip pad that can be cut to size.

Rotate your carpet twice a year to prevent uneven wear. For additional protection, place soft pads, such as felt, under the legs of heavy furniture sitting on carpet.

For addresses outside the country, the shipping fee will appear in the cart after entering the delivery location.

Returns

Returns are free throughout Poland.

If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

You can send your parcel to a courier company without leaving your home.

You will receive your refund within 14 days of the date the product is delivered to the warehouse, in unused condition.
