Hand-woven using the tufting method
Tufting process carpet involves inserting yarn into a fabric backing using specialist tools such as tufting guns. The yarn is “shot” between the warp threads, creating loops or a pile, which are then fixed with glue. Usually, before work begins, the pattern to be reproduced is placed on the backing. After tufting is complete, the fibres are cut to the desired height and the backing of the carpet is additionally reinforced.
How to care for a wool rug?
