Unique on the world market: a polyester and ecological carpet produced using the flat weaving technique!

This model is made entirely of polyester, a material belonging to the synthetic group. It is characterized by the use of a flat weaving technique with a dense jacquard weave, which allows for the creation of complex patterns and rich decorations. Thanks to this weaving method, the carpet gains exceptional durability, which makes it more resistant to wear compared to models with longer pile.

Why polyester?

Thanks to its unique recycling properties polyester can be recycled an infinite number of times, retaining its original quality. Every kilogram of recycled material returns as a full-value raw material, eliminating waste and maximizing the use of available resources.

Aware of the challenges of producing virgin polyester from petroleum, we created Ecorugs as a response to the need for a more sustainable approach. Through our Take Care program, we are turning recycling into a shared responsibility, extending the life cycle of polyester and reducing our dependence on non-renewable raw materials.

OEKO-TEX 100 certificate

The OEKO-TEX certificate is a safety mark for textile products. It certifies that the carpet was made using ecological production technologies, is anti-allergic and free from substances harmful to human health.

Ecological product

Considering the future of our planet, we decided to implement innovative solutions promoting sustainable production according to the principles of the circular economy. The Ecorugs collection responds to contemporary challenges by offering rugs made entirely of uniform polyester.

Since the launch of the first edition in 2023, in which 20% of the materials came from recycled materials, we are pleased to announce that this share has now increased to 40%. Thanks to this, our rugs not only meet the highest quality standards, but are also completely recyclable. This is a groundbreaking line of ecological rugs that combines care for the environment with the ambition to create durable and stylish products for many years.

Made from sustainable materials, including recycled polyester, this rug is a model of sustainable production. The program proposed by Louis De Poortere allows clients to: free return of old carpets, promoting the principle of a circular economy. The company's environmental activities not only improve its image, but also draw attention to the products it offers.

How to return used carpet?

• Each carpet has a tag with a QR code. Scan the code with your phone.
• The code will take you to the manufacturer's website. There you should report the free collection of carpets and complete the application form. We will need your address details and telephone number.
• The form must include the serial number (visible on the motherboard). You can also simply attach a photo of the tag.
• After completing all the data, submit the form and that's it!
• Within a few days, the company will organize transport and collect the used carpet from you to transform it into a new one.
• Roll up the carpet, wrap it in stretch foil and secure it with tape.

All orders within Poland will be delivered free of charge to your door on business days, Monday to Friday.

For addresses outside the country, the shipping fee will appear in the cart after entering the delivery location.

Returns

Returns are free throughout Poland.

If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

Contact us by phone or email to request a return label. There's no need to fill out any forms.

You can send your parcel to a courier company without leaving your home.

You will receive your refund within 14 days of the date the product is delivered to the warehouse, in unused condition.

International returns will incur additional shipping fees. Please contact us for details.
