A professional carpet cleaning and care product from a Dutch company James, prepared especially for our products.
Using it according to the instructions you can remove 98% of the types of stains.
The set includes 3 agents of different composition, designed for various types of stains:
- James Stainwonder (100ml)
- James Stainspray (50ml)
- James Water (100ml)
- Cotton cloth
- Detailed instructions on how to deal with all types of contamination (from food, through oils, greases, paints, to body fluids).
* A standard deviation of up to 5% from the dimensions given is allowed, as well as a slight unevenness of the carpet edges.
The carpet may differ in color or shade from the product photo shown on the website.
Call us if you'd like to receive in-person product photos. You can also order a carpet sample and assess the color in your home.
Delivery
All orders within Poland will be delivered free of charge to your door on business days, Monday to Friday.
For addresses outside the country, the shipping fee will appear in the cart after entering the delivery location.
Returns
Returns are free throughout Poland.
If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery.
Contact us by phone or email to request a return label. There's no need to fill out any forms.
You can send your parcel to a courier company without leaving your home.
You will receive your refund within 14 days of the date the product is delivered to the warehouse, in unused condition.
International returns will incur additional shipping fees. Please contact us for details.
