Ecological polyester rug, created using the flat weaving technique!
This rug was made entirely made of the highest quality polyester. Thanks to the use of flat weaving and dense jacquard weave, it is possible to faithfully reproduce even the most complex patterns. Modern production technologies guarantee its exceptional durability and excellent resistance to intensive use.
Why polyester?
Polyester is exceptionally durable and recyclable, making it a valued material in industries that focus on ecological solutions. Its use contributes to waste reduction and supports the idea of sustainable management of natural resources.
The polyester recycling process reduces the need for new raw materials, which results in lower energy consumption and reduced greenhouse gas emissions. Thanks to its multiple recyclability, it is used in a wide range of applications – from clothing to interior design elements such as carpets – minimizing the need for continuous production of new products. This approach promotes informed decisions among both producers and consumers, supporting environmental protection for future generations.
Easy to keep clean and durable
Louis De Poortere low pile carpets made of high-quality polyester, they offer a number of advantages, especially when it comes to ease of keeping clean. Here are the key benefits:
- The short fibers of the carpet make it easy to remove dust and dirt, preventing their deep penetration into the structure of the material. The result is quick vacuuming, which is a significant advantage compared to carpets with longer fibers that require more effort to keep clean.
- Polyester is resistant to most types of stains, which allows them to be easily removed using gentle cleaning agents and water, making the cleaning process easy and undemanding.
- Possibility to wash polyester carpets in a washing machine, if their size allows it, is a great convenience, especially for households with children or animals that need regular and thorough cleaning.
- Color stability makes carpets maintain their appearance for a long time, even after repeated washing, which is important in places exposed to intense sunlight or frequent cleaning.
- Protection against deformation under the weight of furniture and the use of an anti-slip layer increase the stability and safety of using the carpets.
