How to care for a wool rug?

Keep your carpet clean by regularly removing dust and dirt. Vacuum gently, always in the direction of the pile, and avoid using chemical cleaners.

Regular maintenance by vacuuming and lightly shaking the carpet is recommended. Avoid wetting the carpet and exercise caution when mopping the floor near it.

Protect your rug from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can cause uneven fading. Colors may fade slightly over time, but this should occur evenly across the entire surface.

For addresses outside the country, the shipping fee will appear in the cart after entering the delivery location.

Returns

Returns are free throughout Poland.

If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

You can send your parcel to a courier company without leaving your home.

You will receive your refund within 14 days of the date the product is delivered to the warehouse, in unused condition.
