The gray carpet is made in 100% polyester, which is classified as a synthetic fabric. In the production process woven flat with a dense seam using the jacquard weave method. This technique has many advantages. The rug is soft to the touch, has a detailed pattern and is incredibly durable (even more durable than thick rugs). The pile height is 2 mm and the total thickness of the carpet is 1 cm.

Why polyester?

How to return used carpet?

• Each carpet has a tag with a QR code. Scan the code with your phone. 
• The code will take you to the manufacturer's website. There you should report the free collection of carpets and complete the application form. We will need your address details and telephone number. 
• The form must include the serial number (visible on the motherboard). You can also simply attach a photo of the tag. 
• After completing all the data, submit the form and that's it!
• Within a few days, the company will organize transport and collect the used carpet from you to transform it into a new one. 
• Roll up the carpet, wrap it in stretch foil and secure it with tape.

Returns are free throughout Poland.

If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

You can send your parcel to a courier company without leaving your home.

You will receive your refund within 14 days of the date the product is delivered to the warehouse, in unused condition.
