Only the best quality wool 

The rug is made in 100% New Zealand wool, carefully selected for each series. Get to know the unique features of wool and see how easy it is to fall in love with its properties! Wool contains lanolin, which intensively moisturizes and creates a barrier that protects against moisture absorption and dirt accumulation. The elasticity of wool ensures that carpets stay fresh and aesthetic for longer.

Using traditional dyeing methods allows the dyes to penetrate deeply into the fiber structure, which guarantees their durability and color intensity.

Hand-woven using the knotting method 

Hand-woven rugs are the product of a complex manufacturing process. In small villages in India, especially in the Ganges region of Uttar Pradesh, local, experienced weavers handcraft modern carpets. They use an advanced knotting technique that gives the carpets both elasticity and durability.

After tying all the knots, the craftsmen wash the carpets outdoors in the traditional way, using only clean water and traditional tools.

This carpet is pleasant to the touch, significantly improves the acoustics in rooms and contributes to air purification.

How to care for a wool rug?

Take care of your carpet by regularly removing dust and other dirt from it. When vacuuming, follow the direction of the fibers so as not to damage their structure. Avoid using chemicals to clean your carpet.

Keeping the carpet clean should include regular vacuuming and airing. Try not to soak the carpet when washing floors.

Protecting your carpet from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight is important to prevent uneven color fading. Natural fading is normal but should be even.

Regularly check the condition of the fringes and edges of the carpet, which may be worn out, but they can be repaired.

If you are placing the rug on a slippery surface, use an appropriate pad to ensure stability.

Rotate your carpet regularly, at least twice a year, to prevent uneven wear. To protect against dents from heavy furniture, use soft pads, such as felt ones.

Returns

Returns are free throughout Poland.

If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

You can send your parcel to a courier company without leaving your home.

You will receive your refund within 14 days of the date the product is delivered to the warehouse, in unused condition.
