Only the best wool with viscose
The carpet is made made of 75% wool and 25% viscose, which makes it exceptionally soft and pleasant to the touch. Effectively improves interior acoustics by reducing echo and noise, making the room more cozy. Its breathable structure helps keep you warm and traps dust and chemicals. Thanks to this, the carpet not only enriches the appearance of the interior, but also actively purifies the air, creating a healthier environment at home.
Hand-woven
Hand-woven carpets are created through a complex production process. In small villages in India, especially in the region of Uttar Pradesh on the Ganges River, skilled local craftsmen create modern carpets using advanced braiding and knotting techniques. These methods give the carpets a unique structure, providing a unique tactile experience.
The carpet is very soft, significantly improves interior acoustics by reducing echo and noise, and also helps purify the air by retaining chemicals. Its breathable structure helps keep the interior warm.
How to care for a wool rug?
Keep your carpet clean by regularly removing dust and dirt. Vacuum it gently in the direction of the bristles, avoiding the use of chemicals.
We recommend systematic maintenance by vacuuming and beating the carpet. Avoid getting it wet, especially when washing the floor.
Protect your carpet from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can cause colors to fade unevenly. The colors of the carpet will fade over time, but this should happen evenly.
Keep an eye out for fringes and edges, which may wear out but can be repaired if necessary.
If the carpet is on a slippery floor, we recommend using an anti-slip pad that can be adjusted to the dimensions of the carpet.
Rotate your carpet twice a year to prevent uneven wear. For additional protection, place soft pads, such as felt pads, under the legs of heavy furniture placed on carpet.
