High-quality wool and viscose
The carpet folds 85% high-quality wool and 15% viscose, which gives it an elegant shine and makes it soft and pleasant to the touch. It improves room acoustics and, thanks to its breathable structure, maintains heat while retaining dust and chemicals, which helps purify the air in the room.
The carpet pile is hand-cut at different heights, which creates convex pattern and interesting 3D effect.
Hand-woven
Hand-woven carpets are the result of a complex production process. In small villages in India, especially in the Ganges River region of Uttar Pradesh, talented local craftsmen create modern rugs using advanced braiding and knotting techniques. with a density of 250 knots per square meter.
The carpet is exceptionally soft, significantly improves room acoustics by reducing echo and noise, and also helps purify the air by retaining chemicals. Its breathable structure helps keep the interior warm.
How to care for a wool rug?
Keep your carpet clean by regularly removing dust and dirt. Vacuum it gently in the direction of the pile and avoid using chemicals.
We recommend regular maintenance by vacuuming and beating the carpet. Avoid getting it wet, especially when washing the floor.
Protect your rug from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can cause uneven fading. The colors of the carpet will fade over time, but they should do so evenly.
Keep an eye out for fringes and edges, which may be worn but can be repaired if necessary.
If the carpet is on a slippery floor, we recommend using an anti-slip pad that can be cut to the dimensions of the carpet.
Rotate your carpet twice a year to prevent uneven wear. For additional protection, place soft pads, such as felt, under the legs of heavy furniture placed on the carpet.
