Only the best quality wool 

Only the highest quality wool is used to produce Reza's carpets. This wool is carefully selected to perfectly match a specific collection. This carpet is made of made of virgin wool (80%) with the addition of cotton (20%), which makes it soft and pleasant to the touch. Thanks to their unique, breathable structure, these types of carpets improve room acoustics, maintain heat, regulate humidity and retain dust and chemicals, purifying the air you breathe.

Wool carpets are characterized by extraordinary properties. Lanolin, a natural deeply moisturizing oil present in sheep's wool, creates a protective layer that protects against liquids and dirt. The high elasticity of wool makes the carpet always look like new.

Traditional dyeing techniques allow the colors to penetrate deeply into the wool, thanks to which the carpets retain their bright and vivid colors for many years.

Hand-woven using the knotting method 

Hand-woven carpets are the result of a long-term process that consists of many stages. The creation of modern carpets takes place in small villages in India, mainly in the Uttar Pradesh region in the north of the country, near the Ganges River. These carpets are made by weaving felted wool, which gives them a characteristic structure that provides extraordinary visual and tactile sensations. The combination of colored fibers creates an eye-pleasing melange.

How to care for a wool rug?

Keep the carpet clean from dust and dirt. Vacuum carefully in the direction of the pile. Never clean with chemicals.

We recommend regular maintenance by vacuuming and beating the carpet. Avoid soaking the carpet - be careful when washing the floor.

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight - this may cause uneven fading. The colors will fade over time, but should do so evenly over the entire surface of the carpet.

Pay special attention to fringes and edges that may be wearing out. However, they can be repaired if necessary.

If you want to place the rug on a slippery floor, we recommend a pad that can be cut to the dimensions of the rug.

We recommend turning your rug at least twice a year to avoid uneven wear. For additional protection, it is worth placing a soft pad, e.g. made of felt, under the legs of heavy furniture placed on the carpet.

Returns are free throughout Poland.

If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

You can send your parcel to a courier company without leaving your home.

You will receive your refund within 14 days of the date the product is delivered to the warehouse, in unused condition.
