Only the best quality wool 

Only the highest quality wool is used to produce Reza's carpets, carefully selected to perfectly match a given collection. These rugs are made made of virgin wool (80%) with the addition of cotton (20%), which makes them soft and pleasant to the touch. Their unique, breathable structure improves room acoustics, maintains heat, regulates humidity and traps dust and chemicals, purifying the air you breathe.

Wool rugs have unique properties. Lanolin, a natural oil present in sheep's wool, deeply moisturizes and creates a protective layer that protects against liquids and dirt. The high elasticity of wool makes the carpet always look fresh.

Thanks to traditional dyeing techniques, the colors penetrate deeply into the wool, which allows the carpets to maintain bright and vivid colors for many years.

Hand-woven using the knotting method 

Hand-woven carpets are the result of a long-term process that consists of many stages. The creation of modern carpets takes place in small villages in India, mainly in the Uttar Pradesh region in the north of the country, near the Ganges River. These carpets are made by weaving felted wool, which gives them a characteristic structure that provides extraordinary visual and tactile sensations. The combination of colored fibers creates an eye-pleasing melange.

How to care for a wool rug?

Take care of your carpet by regularly removing dust and dirt. Vacuum it gently in the direction of the pile. Avoid using chemicals for cleaning.

We recommend vacuuming and shaking the carpet regularly. Avoid soaking it - be careful when washing the floor.

Protect your rug from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which may cause it to fade unevenly. The colors will fade over time, but evenly over the entire surface of the carpet.

Pay particular attention to fringes and edges, which may wear out. They can be repaired if necessary.

If the carpet is to be placed on a slippery floor, we recommend using an anti-slip pad that can be cut to the appropriate size.

We recommend turning your carpet at least twice a year to prevent uneven wear. For additional protection, it is worth placing soft pads, e.g. made of felt, under the legs of heavy furniture standing on the carpet.

For addresses outside the country, the shipping fee will appear in the cart after entering the delivery location.

Returns

Returns are free throughout Poland.

If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

You can send your parcel to a courier company without leaving your home.

You will receive your refund within 14 days of the date the product is delivered to the warehouse, in unused condition.
