Reza's rugs are made of the highest quality wool, carefully selected for each collection. Wool carpets are characterized by unique properties. Lanolin, naturally found in wool, intensively moisturizes and creates a protective layer that protects against moisture and dirt. Thanks to the elasticity of wool, carpets retain their fresh and aesthetic appearance for a long time.

The use of traditional dyeing techniques allows the dyes to penetrate deeply into the fiber structure, which ensures long-lasting color intensity and brightness.

Hand-woven using the knotting method 

Hand-woven carpets are the result of a complex production process. The creation of modern carpets takes place in small villages in India, mainly in the Uttar Pradesh region, near the Ganges River. Highly skilled Indian craftsmen make each rug by hand using an advanced and labor-intensive knotting technique, which ensures their flexibility and durability.

Once the knots are finished, the craftsmen wash the rugs using traditional methods outdoors, using only clean water and traditional tools.

Carpets are soft to the touch and significantly improve room acoustics. Additionally, they help purify the air you breathe.

How to care for a wool rug?

Keep your carpet clean by regularly removing dust and other dirt. When vacuuming, move the vacuum cleaner towards the fibers to prevent damaging them. It is recommended to avoid the use of chemical cleaning agents.

Carpet maintenance should include regular vacuuming and airing. Be careful when washing floors to avoid getting the carpet wet.

Protect your carpet from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent uneven color fading. While colors may fade naturally, this should happen evenly.

Regularly check the condition of your carpet's fringes and edges, which may be worn out but can be repaired properly.

If the carpet is placed on a slippery surface, it is recommended to use a special pad adapted to its dimensions.

To avoid uneven wear, rotate your rug at least twice a year. For additional protection against dents caused by heavy furniture, it is recommended to use soft pads, for example felt.

Returns

Returns are free throughout Poland.

If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

You can send your parcel to a courier company without leaving your home.

You will receive your refund within 14 days of the date the product is delivered to the warehouse, in unused condition.
