Hand-woven using the knotting method 

Hand-woven carpets are the result of a complex production process. In small villages in India, especially in the Ganges region of Uttar Pradesh, local, experienced craftsmen produce modern carpets using an advanced knotting technique. Thanks to this method, carpets gain elasticity and durability.

Once the knots are finished, the craftsmen clean the rugs outdoors, using traditional methods, clean water and tools.

This carpet is pleasant to the touch, significantly improves room acoustics and helps purify the air. Its permeable structure also helps retain heat.

How to care for a wool rug?

Take care of your carpet by systematically removing dust and other dirt from it. When vacuuming, follow the direction of the fibers so as not to damage their structure. Avoid using chemicals to clean your carpet.

To keep the carpet clean, regular vacuuming and airing are recommended. Try not to flood the carpet when washing the floors.

Protect your rug from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which will help prevent uneven color fading. Although natural fading is normal, it should occur evenly.

Regularly check the condition of the carpet fringes and edges, which may be worn out but are repairable.

If you place the rug on a slippery surface, use a suitable underlay to increase its stability.

Rotate your carpet regularly, at least twice a year, to prevent uneven wear. Use soft pads, such as felt, to protect your carpet from dents from heavy furniture.

Returns

Returns are free throughout Poland.

If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

You can send your parcel to a courier company without leaving your home.

You will receive your refund within 14 days of the date the product is delivered to the warehouse, in unused condition.
