Specify a pickup location and preferred date. We'll send you a return label to affix to the returned product packaging. We'll arrange the courier for you and won't charge you for return shipping.
You can also make the return in person, at the headquarters of our company at the following address: Wiertnicza 169, 02-952 Warsaw.
Please remember that you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item, and the returned rug cannot show any signs of use.
